Before commissioning me, you must agree to these terms.

  • Do not rush me for your commission.

If you are unsure as to what applies as "rushing", I have a strict 2.5 week update policy. Meaning you may only ask for progress (if I haven't come to you yet) every 2.5 weeks or more. Do not ask me every day, and do not ask me every week. Frequently asking for updates is an easy way to stress me out. **I will come to you when I have something to show.**


  • I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission at any time for any reason.

I will, of course, give a full refund if you've already paid.


  • You must pay in full before ANY progress is started. No you may not pay half now and half when it’s complete.


  • Payment plans are accepted, but do not expect progress until you've paid me in full.

If you back out of your commitment to the payment plan, you will be blacklisted and your money will be returned at a speed convenient to me. Most likely close to the rate you initially paid. If you paid in large increments, the refund process may be slower. This is not negotiable, so please do not commit to a payment plan if you cannot follow through. I am not your personal bank.


  • You may not use my art for commercial purposes unless we establish an agreement.

Usually, an extra charge is issued.


  • Requesting a refund (no matter the reason) will result in a blacklist from my services, no questions asked.

I will determine whether it is permanent or temporary. It helps prevent any issues in the future with my commission services. If you feel you are not financially stable enough to purchase from me, please don’t. Again, I am not your personal bank.



  • Once progress has been made on your commission, you may not receive a full refund under any circumstance.

Forcing a refund through Paypal AFTER progress has been made will result in a blacklist and a public beware. Please do not commission me if you’re

not financially ready!

If a refund is absolutely necessary (perhaps an emergency on your end), I will try my best to work out a fair solution with you. But if I’ve already started your artwork, do not expect full reimbursement.


  • You may not ask for major changes on your commission once I am past the sketch phase.


If you are very picky and your order isn’t artistic freedom, you may request that I send you a work-in-progress sketch before continuing. If you approve the sketch, I will continue to the final rendering stage. BE CLEAR AND HONEST about what changes you want during the sketch phase. Once I move on, I will not accept any requests for edits. I will only make changes that were due to my own personal error (such as missing markings or details). Be clear from the get-go about what you're looking for!


  • You may change the character for your commission as long as progress has not started yet.


  • I reserve the right to resell any lineart or sketch that wasn’t approved by the client.

In the unfortunate event the client isn’t satisfied with the sketch and wants major changes, I reserve the right to resell, redistribute, or reuse that same sketch for anything I please. I am usually considerate of this and will not reuse a sketch that contains characteristics/details exclusive to your oc (such as, but not limited to, an original species), but you can expect this rule to apply if its just a simple canine or feline drawing.


  • DO NOT ASK ME TO DRAW IN A STYLE THAT IS NOT MY OWN

I have a very specific art style. Look through my socials and price sheet and you will get a good idea of the range I have. Do not ask me to work outside of my style to match your character. The point of commissioning me was to get your character in my style, and I will not stress myself to work in a style other than my own. That being said, I still offer a slight range. You may order my regular style, my chibi style, or my realistic style because I have experience in that. Anything else is a no.



  • You may commission up to 3 commissions at once.



  • Deadline commissions are accepted, but will have a significant fee applied, depending on the size of the piece.


  • Do not commission me if you find yourself impatient.

If I cancel your commission due to your impatience, you will be blacklisted permanently to prevent it from happening again. A full refund will be issued.


  • Do NOT commission me as a way to vent your feelings (yes it has happened before).

Buying art from me ensures temporary contact between me and the commissioner, and I do not tolerate people taking advantage of that to vent about their depression or mental state. You will be blacklisted and blocked.


  • No more than 3 characters in a piece. If 4+ is necessary, a significant fee will be applied.


  • I reserve the right to post any completed commission on any social media account I possess.

If you wish your commission to be private, please let me know prior to commissioning me.


  • You may not get a refund if you dislike the outcome of your piece.

I put effort into each commission and it would be unfair to take your money back for a piece I already spent my time on. If you’re extremely picky, please commission someone else.


  • Yes you may post your commission on social media. Just credit me.

WHAT I WILL DRAW:

Any animal, anthros, Pokemon, custom designs, original species, nsfw (ask me on telegram for those commissions), gore, weapons, etc.

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:

Racism, hateful pieces, humans (will change soon), mecha, insanely complex armor.
